Rowe Group has worked closely with BGC Development, BPI and the City of Perth for several years to coordinate all relevant statutory town planning approvals, facilitating the development of the Westin Hotel and Hibernian Place precinct more widely.

To provide for the development of the site, Rowe Group has successfully progressed numerous Development Applications, a Scheme Amendment and Subdivision and coordinated the upgrading of the immediately surrounding public realm.
Hibernian Place includes the 5-star, 368 room Westin hotel by Starwood, incorporating high quality amenities like the Haven Lounge, Bodhi J Wellness Spa and signature restaurant Garum by Guy Grossi. Located on the western edge of the precinct, adjacent to Irwin Street, is the dedicated food and beverage quarter, including Arthur & Co., Huxtaburger, Offshoot and Hadiqa tenancies. Development approval has also been granted for a 29 storey Office building on Hay Street. A generous plaza is located central to all development at the site, which is open to the public year round. A signature art piece by Australian street artist Rone is located within the public plaza, providing a striking entrance statement from Hay Street.
