The project comprises a child care centre with capacity for 107 children over two buildings with undercroft parking area. The architectural style is exceptional, is responsive to the surrounding residential properties and specific to the “Floreat” design. The development will provide high quality early learning services in Floreat and the wider western suburbs of Perth.
