Rowe Group played a key role in the strategic planning for The Springs with our involvement including the preparation the Riversdale Road North Precinct Local Development Plan along with securing approval for numerous major development applications.
The Residences – Tribeca East was a finalist in the 2017 UDIA Award for Excellence for High Density Development Award and in 2019 Tribeca North was a finalist in the Excellence in Medium Density Development Award.
Rowe Group worked closely with the BGC Development team and the Project Architect, Hassell, since early 2013 to deliver a world class development in Perth’s East End.
The Hibernian Place + The Westin Perth received the prestigious Russel Perry Award For Urban Development Excellence in addition to the Retail, Commercial Or Mixed Use Development Award at the 2018 UDIA Awards for Excellence.
Honeywood is a new residential community in the suburbs of Wandi and Mandogalup. It covers approximately 230 hectares of land, and, when completed, will feature in the order of 2,400 residential lots, two primary schools, a high school, district playing fields, and other community facilities.
Honeywood was the winner of the Environmental Excellence Award in the 2017 UDIA WA Awards for Excellence and was a finalist in the Residential Development Over 250 Lots category in 2013 and 2015.
The Concerto Apartments development at 38 storeys and Perth’s tallest residential tower is a leading example of high density infill that responded to the aspirations of the City of Perth and the community, providing a quality product that incorporates a retained and revisioned heritage podium. It comprises the third stage of Symphony City, with the first and second stages being Adagio (24 storeys) and Toccata (22 storeys) on Terrace Road.
Concerto Apartments won the High Density Development Award at the 2017 UDIA Awards for Excellence.
Rowe Group was appointed to coordinate all necessary statutory approvals for a large scale mixed use development consisting of 161 residential dwellings and 7 ground floor commercial tenancies. The proposal sought a total height variation of between 25-30 metres above the standard requirements of the City of Perth TPS.
One on Aberdeen was the 2015 State UDIA Judges Awards for Excellence and was a finalist in the UDIA 2015 Award for Excellence for affordable housing.
The second phase of the Heron Park project is an extension of a popular residential estate in the growing North Forrestdale area. The development covers 91 hectares of land, providing approximately 1,500 residential lots, future high school and primary school sites, district playing fields, and an open space network connecting the neighbourhood.
Heron Park was a finalist in the UDIA 2014 UDIA(WA) Residential Develoment Over 250 Lots.
The existing building was remodelled and extended to increase the residential floor area. The refurbished building consists of 10 full floor apartments, including a sub-penthouse, each with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, in addition to three separate balconies.
Our Company joined in on the success of the night with Visionaire Group’s, The Bellevue, taking both the Urban Renewal and Rising Star Awards. Rowe Group assisted the Visionaire Group in securing Town Planning approval for The Bellevue, a refurbishment of the iconic 1960’s Kings Park apartment building, Sunny Meed.
Evermore Heights is a new residential estate in Rockingham, developed with the aim of setting a national benchmark for sustainable communities and affordable living. It has become a highly sought-after place to live and has already been officially recognised for its sustainable features.
Evermore Heights has achieved UDIA EnviroDevelopment Certification for Energy, Water and Community. It has also been a finalist at the UDIA WA Awards for Excellence in 2013 for Affordable Development, in 2011 for Sustainable Urban Development, in 2009 for Urban Water Excellence.
The Raffles Waterfront comprises a 17 storey tower and three 5 storey wings containing a total of 116 residential apartments along with offices, café, restaurant and ancillary facilities. Planning Approvals for the development were obtained in 2003 following a 12-month process which comprised extensive consultation with Government agencies, community groups and other interested stakeholders.
Rowe Group was pleased to receive the 2010 Planning Institute of Australia (WA Division) Certificate of Commendation and the Judge’s Citation in the category of Hard Won Victory for Raffles Waterfront.
Rowe Group was appointed to plan the development of a comprehensive residential estate, which includes marinas, canals and an 18 hole championship golf course.
Port Bouvard won the 2010 State UDIA Award for Excellence for Masterplanned Development. Oceanique Apartments, a major component of Port Bouvard, won the 2010 and 2011 State UDIA Awards for Excellence for High Density Development.
Port Bouvard is recognised as one of Western Australia’s premier lifestyle developments, and includes approximately 3,000 homes spread over the marina, canals, golf course, town centre and high density apartments.
The Esplanade, Nedlands Waterfront is an outstanding example of innovative residential development and the creation of a landmark built form that is sensitive to, and integrates with, the unique surrounding environment – both built-form and natural.
The Esplanade Waterfront Nedlands was acknowledged as a category finalist for High Density Development at the UDIA WA Awards for Excellence in 2009.
Condor Tower is not a typical residential apartment building – it represents a unique example of urban renewal and how to recycle an existing building in the heart of a city to create a high density, sustainable residential environment in close proximity to essential facilities and services. The site was formerly occupied by ‘Oakleigh House’ – a vacant nine level office building constructed some 40 years ago.
In 2009 Condor Tower won the West Australian UDIA Award for Excellence in Urban Renewal.
