The second phase of the Heron Park project is an extension of a popular residential estate in the growing North Forrestdale area. The development spans 91 hectares of land, providing approximately 1,500 residential lots, future high school and primary school sites, district playing fields, and an open space network connecting the neighbourhood.
Honeywood is a new residential community in the suburbs of Wandi and Mandogalup. It covers approximately 230 hectares of land, and, when completed, will feature in the order of 2400 residential lots, two primary schools, a high school, district playing fields, and other community facilities.
The Springs is an inner-city Transit Oriented Development precinct, which is being comprehensively redeveloped into a high density residential precinct. Rowe Group played a key role in the strategic planning for The Springs with our involvement including the preparation the Riversdale Road North Precinct Local Development Plan along with securing approval for numerous major development applications.
When earthworks began at the Emu Brewery (Capital Square) site on Mounts Bay Road, Perth in 2014, it was the culmination of more than a decade of commitment by the town planning experts at Rowe Group.
Building on the subject site is substantially progressing with the construction of Tower 1 and recent commencement of the Podium Building and public plaza linking Mount Street to Mounts Bay Road.
Kings Square will transform the site of the former Perth Entertainment Centre into a vibrant business, residential and social hub in the heart of the City. The development forms part of the Perth City Link which will reconnect the City with Northbridge for the first time in over a century.
