FLOREAT CHILD CARE CENTRE APPROVED
Approved! Rowe Group, through the work of our Senior Planner, Nathan Stewart has assisted in securing the approval through the Metro Inner North Joint Development Assessment Panel and State Administrative Tribunal for the development of The Little School Early Learning Centre at 130 and 132 Brookdale Street, Floreat.
The project comprises a child care centre with capacity for 107 children over two buildings with an undercroft parking area. The architectural style and design is responsive to the surrounding residential properties and specific to the “Floreat” character. The development will provide high quality early learning services in Floreat and the wider western suburbs of Perth.
Chad Cossom, with assistance from Rowe Group, Rowley Legal (Linda Rowley), State of Kin (Ara Salomone and Jessie Nguyen), Peter Hobbs Architects (Peter Hobbs), Uloth and Associates (Darren Levey), Nature Play Solutions (Emma Lawrence and Andre Carvalho) and Herring Storer (Tim Reynolds), worked collaboratively throughout the design review, development application and appeal process to achieve this outcome. We are very pleased to have been able to assist our Client in achieving development approval and look forward to seeing construction starting soon.
