LEEUWIN VILLAGE AT WITCHCLIFFE GAINS STAGE 1 APPROVAL
As renewed interest in the south west property market continues to drive land and housing activity, Rowe Group is pleased to have secured Western Australian Planning Commission approval for Stage 1 of Leeuwin Village estate at Witchcliffe.
Stage 1 will provide the first 48 lifestyle homesites that form part of a broader village estate. Leeuwin Village is being designed to recognise the important natural features of the site and surrounding Witchcliffe environment. The estate will integrate with retained natural bushland, a section of the Wadandi Track, and other parkland spaces. With the assistance of MNG, Emerge Associates, WML Consultants and Shawmac, Rowe Group are also progressing the Masterplan design that will guide future stages beyond Stage 1.
The Rowe Group Design team will incorporate MNG’s point cloud data into a spatially accurate 3-dimensional model to inform this visioning. Proven Project Management has been engaged to coordinate the delivery of Stage 1, with construction to commence in late 2021. We look forward to working with the project team, our client and the Shire of Augusta-Margaret River as the project progresses.
The approvals and visioning process is being led by our Manager Land Development, Rod Dixon and Manager Urban Design, Forbes Chesterman, together Town Planner, Adrian Dhue and Proven Project Manager, Taylor Conway.
