2013 PLATINUM PROPERTY COUNCIL LEADERS CONFERENCE
On the 23rd and 24th of May, Rowe Group was pleased to sponsor the Property Council Leaders Conference in Bunker Bay for the second year in a row. This important conference brings together leading people in the industry and facilitates debate to determine the barriers and opportunities for development in our state, across all sectors. The conference included Keynote Addresses from Mayor Alannah MacTiernan and Jonathan Pain, author of the widely read investment newsletter ‘The Pain Report’.
On the theme of the event, Mr Rowe said “As industry leaders, we all know that we cannot limit ourselves to short term thinking if Western Australia is to reach its potential as a sustainable, thriving and highly desirable place to be.
I think we in Western Australia are well on track to becoming an even greater society. I believe future generations will look favourably upon the work we are doing and appreciate our efforts in capitalising on our opportunities, making bold decisions, and for actively securing their future.
The Regions of the State continue to experience growth. This has thrown up many wonderful opportunities and many challenges. All of this makes the development industry such an interesting and dynamic one to be in. “
Kids Are Kids! LogoOn behalf of every guest at the 2013 Platinum Property Club Leaders’ Conference, Rowe Group purchased a paediatric treadmill for the Physiotherapy Services at Kids Are Kids! Kids Are Kids! is a not for profit charitable organisation that provides therapy assessment and intervention services for children at all levels of developmental disability or delay.
The paediatric treadmill will help non-mobile and early walkers practice and gain critical balance, co-ordination and mobility skills. This will make a significant improvement to the children’s quality of life. The donation is greatly appreciated by both staff and parents.
“With Greg’s incredible support we can now achieve our dream of purchasing a paediatric treadmill that will help many young WA children develop critical mobility skills and experience the sensation of walking. My team are very excited about this wonderful opportunity and we are all incredibly grateful to the Rowe Group.”
