30 MARCH UPDATE – ROWE GROUP RESPONSE TO COVID-19

As the situation with COVID-19 further evolves, please be assured that our business continues to take all necessary precautions to protect staff, clients and colleagues in accordance with official advice.
While we continue to main a ‘business as usual’ approach we have now moved to a management plan, which focuses on:
- All employees working remotely, to safeguard their health and that of our clients and the wider community
- Retention of only essential support staff in the office, under strict health and safety protocols
- Continued maintenance of strong client communication through mobile and online platforms
- Continued priority on exceptional client services
We continue to work with clients on an ‘as needs’ basis to host meetings, or service their meeting requirements via Microsoft Teams, Skype and other platforms. Our resourcing and commitments remain unchanged.
We look forward to continuing to provide the highest possible level of service to our clients and at all times.
