THE NEW IDENTITY OF GREG ROWE AND ASSOCIATES
In the last 20-plus years, our industry has witnessed much positive change in the face of Perth and the greater WA. As our city grew and became more vibrant, as our government embraced urban development, created the MRA and made important legislative changes, we too evolved and expanded.
When Greg Rowe founded Greg Rowe and Associates in 1991, his vision was to create a boutique, specialised town planning practice. But the demand for our services and our reputation continued to grow; our quality of service and rapid response attracted more clients and a larger scope of work. To cater to our ever-increasing client base, we employed more senior staff, added urban design and project management to our service offering, and eventually introduced a designated Design Studio.
What started out as a business with only two staff became one of the state’s leading town planning, urban design and project management practices.
On reflection of how our business evolved over the years and after thorough consultation with our clients and stakeholders, we undertook a rebrand of the company, and in May 2013 Greg Rowe and Associates became Rowe Group.
The rebrand has been far more than a simple change of name and logo – it’s been a process of insight and retrospection resulting in a contemporary new identity that reflects the scale of our practice, our integrated service offering and our history.
We’re excited about the future of Perth and look forward to helping more clients with innovative, creative and cost-effective planning, design and project management solutions.
“Change is a given and we will continue to thrive on it in order to keep pace with the evolution of the land development industry. Not only will our own aspirations and objectives dictate that we must respond to the passage of time and inevitable change, our clients and the development industry will have this expectation.”
