The Aloft Hotel is a vibrant, edgy hotel which provides much needed diversity to Perth’s hotel market. Rowe Group had the privilege of working with the dedicated team at BGC Development to deliver the first Aloft Hotel to Australia.
- 224-room Aloft brand hotel;
- 11-storey Office, comprising 10,150m² of floor space;
- A roof function terrace, conferencing facilities and meeting rooms with a total capacity of 470 persons;
- 160-seat Restaurant and 252m² Lounge Bar;
- 500m² gym; and
- Basement car parking.
Rowe Group was sought out by the team at BGC Development based on our long-standing history of success and knowledge of ‘The Springs’ precinct. The Office component of the development is now tenanted by major key tenants, such as Bunnings, Honeywell and Access Housing who sought out tenancies within the high-profile development, based on the site’s location and accessibility.
Following the JDAP’s approval of the development, Rowe Group worked closely with BGC Development and the Project Architect to refine key design elements which enhanced the overall amenity and aesthetics of the hotel. The Aloft Hotel is now a landmark development along Great Eastern Highway, which will serve the City of Belmont and broader Metropolitan area for years to come.
