Rowe Group successfully managed the multiple stage subdivision project which has created the neighbourhood of Bertram. Today, Bertram is an established suburb with high-quality landscaping and public spaces that continue to cater to the needs of local residents.

We assisted our Client with additional englobo land acquisitions to enable the continued expansion of the project and delivery of additional residential lots.

Rowe Group appointed a highly experienced team with the prerequisite skills to address the complexities of this project and successful outcomes for the client.

The project incorporated significant parkland, which included a mixture of conservation, rehabilitation and ornamental landscaped areas. Rowe Group co-ordinated the design, construction and maintenance of this now thriving landscape environment.

We handled contract negotiations and disputes that arose with the civil contractor relating to Client nominated suppliers. We successfully negotiated with adjoining developers on cost sharing arrangements for necessary offsite infrastructure works. Rowe Group successfully negotiated with service agencies regarding the upgrade of infrastructure and cost reimbursements to our Client.

The project was completed as a financial success which provided our Client with the capacity to acquire other development sites, which we were engaged to assist with.
