At Rowe Group, we’re proud to be part of the ongoing growth and transformation of Western Australia’s South West region. Since our last update in 2003, our work has continued to grow and now spans vibrant town centres, coastal villages, and emerging residential estates, with each project carefully designed to respect the unique character of the local landscape and community.
We continue to build strong relationships with Local Governments including the City of Busselton, Shire of Augusta-Margaret River, Shire of Dardanup, and regional developers to help shape the future of this dynamic region. From driving major projects like the Dunsborough Woolworths Mixed-Use Development and Spindrift Estate in Margaret River to supporting growing communities in Cowaramup and Witchcliffe, our team is dedicated to delivering well-planned spaces that enhance liveability and local identity.
With projects ranging from residential expansions and industrial hubs to landmark tourism developments like the Westin Margaret River Resort & Gnarabup Beach Village, we’re committed to thoughtful, sustainable planning that supports the South West’s long-term growth and success.
(Picton East – Shire of Dardanup)
Rowe Group delivered the planning and urban design for Precinct 2A of Picton Industrial Park, enabling around 40 flexible-use industrial lots across 68 hectares. Working with Eastcourt Property Group, we navigated complex planning and infrastructure challenges, including coordination with Main Roads WA, to create a connected, future-ready precinct supporting Bunbury Port and regional logistics.

Proven Project Management proudly delivered the Shire of Dardanup’s $20m Library, Administration, and Community Building in Eaton. This award-winning, sustainable facility features a library, council chambers, and the Mick-Bennett Make-it Space, fostering STEAM education and community connection through innovative, multi-use spaces.
(Dunsborough – City of Busselton)
Rowe Group led the planning for Dunsborough’s new $12m Woolworths and Mixed-Use Development, delivering a supermarket, specialty stores, café, and short-stay apartments. The project enhances the Town Centre with improved connectivity, public art, and upgraded streetscapes, creating a vibrant hub for locals and visitors alike.
(Cowaramup – Shire of Augusta-Margaret River)
Rowe Group is guiding the Cowaramup Townsite Expansion, enabling around 183 new residential lots across 19.6ha. The updated structure plan enhances land use, public open space, and movement networks while balancing environmental, bushfire, and transport requirements to support the town’s growing community.

Rowe Group is proudly delivering planning for Spindrift Estate in Margaret River, 420 residential lots surrounded by natural bushland and the Wannang Biddi walk trail. The refreshed Master Plan enhances connection to the landscape, creating a vibrant community while supporting much-needed housing supply in the region.
